FimuroHost has clear rules on what customers may do with their services. They cover illegal activity and prohibited content, and we have a zero-tolerance policy on spam. Customers who break these rules can have their services terminated, and illegal activity may be reported to the authorities.
How to report a problem
If you believe a website or email sender using FimuroHost is breaking these rules, please tell us:
- Open a ticket at app.fimurohost.com/submitticket.php.
- Give it a clear subject, for example Abuse report: phishing page on example.com.
- Include the evidence described below.
What to include
- The full URL of the page, or the domain involved
- What the problem is: spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, illegal content, and so on
- For spam: the complete email including full headers (in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and Gmail look for an option such as View source or Show original)
- Dates and times, and screenshots attached to the ticket if they help
What happens next
We review every report and act where our policies have been broken. For privacy reasons we may not be able to tell you exactly what action was taken on another customer's account.
Tip: never open attachments or enter details on a suspected phishing page while gathering evidence. Copy the link instead of clicking it.
