Your FimuroHost Cloud Hosting includes Timeline Backups. Every day the platform takes an automatic backup of your website files and databases and keeps it for 30 days. You do not need to set anything up.
See your available backups
- Log in to your FimuroHost client area at app.fimurohost.com.
- Go to Services and select your hosting plan.
- Click Login to Control Panel / StackCP. StackCP opens for that website.
- In the Files section, click Timeline Backups.
- Click View Snapshots.
- Open the Snapshot Time drop-down. It lists every backup from the last 30 days.
- Choose the date and time you need, then follow the on-screen options for that snapshot.
Tips
- Keep your own copy too. Before a major change such as a redesign or big plugin update, download a backup of your files and export your database so you are not relying on a single copy.
- Act quickly after a problem. Snapshots older than 30 days are removed, so if you discover an issue late, the clean version may no longer be available.
- For an infected site, pick a snapshot from before the infection, then update your software and passwords straight away.
