Your FimuroHost client area account is the one place where you order and manage everything you buy from us: hosting plans, VPS servers, domains, invoices, payments and support tickets. You only need one account, even if you run many websites.
You can create the account on its own before you buy anything, or let it be created automatically during your first checkout. Both give you exactly the same account. This guide covers signing up directly.
Before you start
- An email address you check every day. Invoices, payment reminders, domain notices and support replies all go here. Avoid an address on a domain you are about to move to us: if that website or mailbox ever goes down, you would miss the emails that tell you why. A Gmail or Outlook address is a safe choice.
- Your mobile number, with the country code (for example
+880 1XXXXXXXXXin Bangladesh or+91in India). - The name and address you want on your invoices. If you are buying for a business, have the registered company name and office address ready.
- The currency you will pay in: US Dollars (USD), Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupees (INR). The account currency is set when the account is created, and the payment methods you see later depend on it.
Step by step
- Open the sign-up page at app.fimurohost.com/register.php.
- Fill in Personal Information: first name, last name, email address and phone number. Use your real name; it is used on invoices and, if you register domains, it may be used for the domain’s ownership records.
- Fill in Billing Address: company name (optional), street address, city, state or division, postcode and country. Choose your country carefully, because it affects things like which payment methods are offered.
- If you see a currency choice, pick the currency you intend to pay in. Taka customers normally choose BDT, customers in India INR, and everyone else USD.
- Create a password. Use at least 12 characters with a mix of words, numbers and symbols, and don’t reuse a password from another website. The strength meter shows how strong it is; the password generator, if shown, can create one for you.
- Choose whether you want to receive news and offers by email. This does not affect important emails such as invoices.
- Read and accept our terms and conditions, complete the security check (captcha) if one appears, and click Register.
- You are logged in straight away. Check your inbox for a message asking you to verify your email address and click the link inside it.
Which details matter most?
| Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Email address | Your login name and where every notice is sent. It is also how you reset a forgotten password. |
| Company name and address | Printed on your invoices. Fill them in now if your accounts department needs invoices in the business name. |
| Country | Used for your invoices and to decide which payment options make sense for you. |
| Phone number | Lets us contact you about urgent account or security issues. |
| Currency | All your invoices are issued in this currency. Changing it later has to be done by our team. |
Common problems
- “A user already exists with that email address”: you (or someone for you) already signed up. Use Forgot password? on the login page to get back in instead of creating a second account.
- The verification email hasn’t arrived: wait a few minutes, then check Spam, Junk and (in Gmail) the Promotions and Updates tabs. If it still isn’t there, log in and use the resend option in the verification notice at the top of the client area, if shown.
- The captcha keeps failing: disable VPN or ad-blocking extensions for the page, or try another browser.
- You picked the wrong currency: contact us before you pay your first invoice and we will help you correct it.
FAQ
Do I need separate accounts for different websites?
No. One account can hold any number of hosting plans, VPS servers and domains, each listed separately.
Someone else manages my website. Should I give them my login?
No. Keep the account in your own name and invite them as a user with only the permissions they need, from User Management in the account menu. That way you can remove their access at any time.
What should I do right after signing up?
Verify your email, then turn on two-factor authentication under Security Settings if it is offered, and check that your address details are correct for invoices.
