Before you install an app, it's worth checking that the PHP extensions it needs are there. FimuroHost Cloud Hosting comes with a broad set of extensions already enabled, covering everything typical PHP apps such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel and Moodle need.
The exact set can differ slightly between PHP versions. The list below is a guide; the steps further down show how to see precisely what your site loads.

Notes for PHP 8.x: json is always built in. Two extensions from older lists, interbase (removed in PHP 7.4) and xmlrpc (moved out of core in PHP 8.0), are no longer part of PHP 8, so don't expect them on current versions.
Not available
- Imagick (the ImageMagick PHP extension) isn't currently available, but the ImageMagick command-line tools are. See our article on ImageMagick and Imagick for workarounds.
Check your site's extensions
Your site's PHP version decides which extensions load, so check on the site itself:
- Create
info.phpinpublic_html:
<?php phpinfo();
- Visit
https://yourdomain.com/info.php. Each loaded extension has its own section. Use your browser's find (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) to search for one. - Delete the file when you're done.
If you just want a plain list, use this instead:

WordPress users can also go to Tools → Site Health → Info → Server. Site Health warns you if a recommended module is missing.
Missing something?
If your app needs an extension that isn't listed, first check it's loaded under a different PHP version (Switch PHP Version in StackCP). If it still isn't there, contact support with the extension name and what needs it.
