How to Log In to StackCP, Your Cloud Hosting Control Panel

Every FimuroHost Cloud Hosting plan is managed in StackCP, the control panel where you handle files, email accounts, databases, domains, SSL and security. You don't need a separate StackCP password: you open it straight from your FimuroHost client area.

How to open StackCP

1. Log in to your FimuroHost client area at app.fimurohost.com.
2. Go to Services and select your Cloud Hosting plan.
3. Click Login to Control Panel / StackCP. StackCP opens for that website, already signed in.

If you have more than one hosting plan, repeat these steps from Services for each site. Each button opens StackCP for that particular website.

Tip: bookmark app.fimurohost.com, not the StackCP page itself. Single sign-on links are temporary, so an old StackCP bookmark may ask you to log in again.

What you can do in StackCP

• Upload and manage files (File Manager and FTP)
• Create email accounts and open webmail
• Create MySQL databases and use phpMyAdmin
• Add domains and subdomains
• Manage free SSL certificates
• Set up SSH access, view malware reports and change PHP settings

Common problems

• Forgot your client area password: use the password reset link on the client area login page. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication once you are back in.
• The StackCP button is missing: check that the service is Active. A plan that is pending payment or suspended cannot be managed until it is active again.
• The page loads but shows an error: log out of the client area, clear your browser cache or try a private window, and log in again.
