How to Log In to Webmail

Webmail lets you read and send email from any web browser, without setting up an email app. It's handy when you're away from your usual computer or want to check a mailbox quickly.

Option 1: sign in directly

1. Go to the webmail login page at https://webmail.stackmail.com.
2. Enter your full email address (for example [email protected]) and the mailbox password.
3. Click to log in.

This is the easiest option for staff who only need access to their own mailbox and don't have a StackCP login.

Option 2: open webmail from StackCP

1. Log in to your FimuroHost client area at https://app.fimurohost.com, go to Services, select your hosting plan and click Login to Control Panel / StackCP.
2. Click the Webmail icon.
3. Choose the mailbox you want to open. You're logged in automatically with single sign-on, so there's no need to type the mailbox password.

This is useful for account owners who manage several mailboxes.

Can't log in?

• Make sure you are using the full email address as the username, not just the part before the @.
• Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten it, the account owner can set a new one in StackCP under Email Accounts.
• Brand-new mailboxes may take a few minutes before they accept logins.
• Use an up-to-date browser. If the page doesn't load properly, try a private window or clear your browser cache.

Security tips

• Always log out when using a shared or public computer.
• Use a long, unique password for every mailbox, and change it straight away if you think it's been exposed.
