1. Purpose
This policy protects our customers, our network and the wider internet. It applies to every Service and to anyone using a Service, including your own customers and visitors. Breaking it can lead to removal of content, suspension or termination as described in our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
You may not host, store, link to or distribute:
- Anything illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or of the country where the server is located.
- Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexually exploits minors — this is reported to the authorities immediately.
- Phishing pages, scam or fraudulent websites, fake shops, or pages that impersonate other people, brands or organisations.
- Malware, viruses, exploit kits, botnet control panels, or tools intended for unauthorised access.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, including pirated software, films, music and nulled themes or plugins.
- Content that promotes terrorism or violence, or threatens or harasses others.
- Unlicensed gambling, and the sale of illegal drugs, weapons or stolen data.
3. Prohibited activity
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, using purchased or scraped mailing lists, or hosting websites advertised by spam.
- Attacking, scanning or probing other systems; DDoS attacks; brute-force attempts; running open proxies or open mail relays.
- Cryptocurrency mining on shared, cloud, WordPress or reseller hosting.
- Running processes that use excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O or connections on shared hosting, or using the account mainly for file storage, backups of other servers, or media streaming.
- Trying to get around account limits, security measures or billing.
4. Email
Email sent from our servers must follow anti-spam rules: recipients must have agreed to receive it, and every bulk message needs a working unsubscribe link. Shared hosting accounts have hourly sending limits to protect server reputation. For newsletters and large mailings please use a dedicated email-marketing service.
5. Reporting abuse and enforcement
To report abuse coming from our network, open a ticket or email [email protected] with the URL, IP address, headers or other evidence. We investigate every report. Depending on severity we may warn the customer, remove specific content, suspend the Service, or terminate it without refund. Serious illegal activity is reported to the relevant authorities.
